Organizational Structure of the Research Team
The research team comprises the Technical Manager, R&D Unit Manager, Marketing and Sales Director, and R&D and Quality Control Laboratory experts, all of whom operate under the CEO as per the organizational structure.
Standards and Resources for Product Design
The design of the company’s drugs and supplements is based on pharmacopeial references (USP, BP, EP) and guidelines from ICH, WHO, PIC/S, Martindale, and others. Hadish Pharmaceutical Trading is licensed by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (IMT) and holds a GMP certification from the Food and Drug Organization for the production of raw materials in semi-finished pellet and granule form. Additionally, it is the first commercial producer of sustained-release Mebeverine Hydrochloride 80% w/w pellets in Iran.
Mebeverine Product and Its Therapeutic Applications
The sustained-release Mebeverine pellets contain 80% w/w Mebeverine Hydrochloride and include excipients such as sugar cores (as nuclei), PVP (binder), talc (glidant), magnesium stearate (lubricant), ethyl cellulose (film former), powdered sugar (diluent), diethyl phthalate (plasticizer), dichloromethane, isopropyl alcohol, and water (solvents).
Results of Stability Studies and Selection of Excipients
Stability studies conducted on three batches indicate compatibility between the active and excipient ingredients in the formulation. Excipients were selected according to safety requirements outlined in the 2017 Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients.

The company has three main sites
Tejarat Darou Hadish Pharmaceutical Company has three production sites, each dedicated to specific activities:
1. Pellet Raw Material Production Site**: This site focuses on producing pellet raw materials used in the formulation of drugs and supplements.
2. Herbal, Plant-Based, and Chemical Supplement Production Site**: Various production processes with a focus on quality and innovation are carried out at this site.
3. Finish Site**: At this site, the conversion of pellet raw materials into tablets and capsules takes place, along with other finishing processes.
